You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ak555 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify ak555 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
ak555 may require identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
All deposits must be made in PKR using a payment method registered in your own name. Accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. ak555 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. ak555 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the details on your verified Account. ak555 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — typically 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers — 1 to 2 business hours during standard banking hours; Raast — typically under 15 minutes. These timeframes are indicative and may be extended during compliance review or maintenance periods. VIP Gold and Black Diamond tier members receive priority withdrawal processing.
The Platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ak555 does not accept or process deposits or withdrawals in any other currency. No currency conversion is applied to any transaction — what you deposit in PKR is what appears in your Account in PKR.
Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a positive balance may be subject to a monthly account maintenance fee as notified. Users will be contacted before any such fee is applied. After a period of 36 months of inactivity, unclaimed balances may be treated as dormant in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

All random number generator (RNG)-based games on the Platform are independently certified by third-party testing laboratories. If you continue to use the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
